I think we just created (Dec 2025) one of the foundations you are talking about, the Barcelona Computational Foundation (BCOM), where we aim to bridge computational neuroscience and neurophenomenology (delivering computational neurophenomenology) in an interdisciplinary but ultimately mathematical (computational) framework.
